2022: We were strategically set up* by life-long friends while Ellen was traveling in Kansas and Elbert was stationed at Ft. Riley.

2024: After Elbert’s final Army deployment we moved to Michigan together. Eek!

2025: We were happily engaged this spring after Ellen suffered through and barely survived bravely endured a Michigan winter.

We’re incredibly excited to dig our heels in and build a life together! We feel so lucky to have found a partner with whom life and love comes easy.
